Using Zentroflow
Zentroflow is provided by Zentroflow Ltd for salon task management and related operational workflows. Customers are responsible for the information they add to the platform and for managing user access within their salon workspace.
Accounts and access
Customers should keep login credentials secure and ensure that only authorised team members access the service. Managers are responsible for inviting, updating, or removing staff access within their salon account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid salon onboarding and subscription billing are managed through Stripe. Ongoing access to subscription-managed salons may depend on maintaining a valid subscription and payment method.
Support
We aim to provide practical support for onboarding and product issues, but customers remain responsible for their own salon operations, policies, and use of the platform.
